Week 9: Flying to Canada

I am flying to Toronto tomorrow (Monday). I'll be able to call sometime around 5 and 6 am Utah time (so 7 or 8ish Kentucky time) before my first flight.

Wesley did not write an email to us this week because he left the MTC very early (at around 3:00am) on Monday morning (which was P-Day) to catch his flight to Toronto. He called us from the airport, and it was GREAT hearing his voice and knowing that he was excited to get to the mission field. We asked him to speak Chinese to us and we were pretty impressed, although we didn't understand anything, of course. He said his Chinese wasn't good, but we know he will be able to learn it throughout his mission. The best part of the phone call was having family prayer all together. It was right before school, so Christina and Austin were still home. Christina skipped seminary, but it was for a good cause. :) We miss Wesley terribly, but we are so excited for him and so pleased that he is doing the Lord's work.
